These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hirevane.com (the "Service"), operated by Warung Digital Teknologi ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Service Description

HireVane is a free job aggregation platform that displays remote and tech job listings collected from third-party sources, including Adzuna, RemoteOK, and other public APIs. We are not a recruiter, staffing agency, employer, or employment consultant. We do not charge fees to users or employers for our aggregation service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 if you reside in the European Economic Area) to use HireVane. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access the Service without our prior written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or illegal content
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service without our permission
• Harvest or collect email addresses or other contact information from the Service for commercial solicitation

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, original content, features, and functionality (excluding third-party job listings) are owned by Warung Digital Teknologi and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Indonesia and international treaties.

Job listings displayed on HireVane are sourced from third parties and remain the property of their respective owners (e.g., hiring companies, Adzuna, RemoteOK). We display this information under fair-use aggregation principles and the terms of the APIs and data sources we use.

5. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service contains links to external websites, including employer application pages and third-party job boards. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, their content, privacy policies, or practices. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that:

• Job listings are accurate, current, legitimate, or available
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will meet your expectations
• Any defects or errors will be corrected

You are solely responsible for verifying job details directly with the hiring company before applying, submitting personal information, or entering into any employment arrangement.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARUNG DIGITAL TEKNOLOGI, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

This includes, without limitation, damages resulting from job scams, fraudulent listings, identity theft, or any actions taken by third-party employers or job boards referenced on the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HireVane, Warung Digital Teknologi, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

9. Advertising

HireVane displays advertisements, including through Google AdSense. Advertisements are clearly distinguishable from editorial content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or safety of products or services advertised. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the advertiser.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including IP ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability) shall survive.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indonesia.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
